Shipping and Deliveries

All orders of height charts will take between 30 to 40 working days to manufacture, this can be higher during busy periods. All of our goods are shipping throughout Australia by Couriers Please and Australia Post.

When ordering a height chart please provide the best delivery address, height charts can not be delivered to a PO BOX address due to the size of the item.

In the unlikely event your item is damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours to report the damage. We may require photographs for our records to show the damage.

In some cases the items will have authority to leave at the front door or the courier company/postal company will leave a card to organise redelivery, this is at the discretion of the purchaser to organise redelivery.

In the event of a lost or damaged item during shipping once insurance confirmation from the shipping company is confirmed we will then remake the order.

Australia Wide Standard delivery on height charts is $29.95 for Classic, Old School, and Shorty's. Australia Wide Standard delivery on Mega and Tree of life Rulers is $34.95
